With a very limited number of places available, head chef John Speranza has created a menu incorporating the truffle delicacy into every bite. And with matched wines from Aramis Vineyard, this promises to be a spectacular dinner.
Named after the legendary Aramis, one of the most enduring characters from Alexandre Dumas’ The Three Musketeers, Aramis Vineyards produces some of South Australia’s greatest single vineyard reds, including the iconic The Governor Syrah. Reds are produced from fruit sourced exclusively from their McLaren Vale vineyard under the guidance of esteemed winemaker Renae Hirsch, while whites are made in the cooler Adelaide Hills by renowned Peter Leske.
Malt Dining Head Chef, John Speranza, has worked with the Aramis Vineyards team to put together a decadent dining experience with the focus on the truffle.
